Half Baked Cookies started the way all the best recipes do – from scratch. Back in 2021, before our first shop opened on Day Road in Lockport, every single cookie came fresh out of our founder Angie’s home oven.

As we’ve grown, we’ve created a space where everyone feels welcome, sourcing ingredients from our local community, and putting as much care into our take-home treats as we do into the ones you eat right here.

When we say “made with love,” we’re talking about the whole dang batch.

Our mission hasn’t changed a crumb since day one: bake the freshest, highest quality, and most importantly, the most downright delicious cookies ever.

Hi, I’m Angie, the founder of Half Baked Cookies.

This whole thing started simply because I love cookies. Back when I was in school, I was baking them all the time and thought, “why not share these with people?” I started selling out of a little café in Lockport, and before long, I opened my first shop. At the time, I had two kids at home and knew the corporate world just wasn’t for me—so I poured my energy into building something I truly cared about.

Of course, it’s about cookies—but it’s also about so much more. I’m passionate about making Half Baked a fun, positive place to work, because when my team enjoys what they do, they pass that warmth right on to our customers. I want every visit here to feel welcoming, easy, and a little special.
