All Half Baked Cookies are made on the same equipment that is used to produce products containing peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, and soy.

We offer some gluten-free options for cookies made without gluten-containing ingredients as well as vegan flavors. Please be advised that we take steps to minimize the risk, but we can’t guarantee zero cross-contamination in the preparation of our allergen-friendly cookies.

Everyone knows that fresh-baked cookies are best enjoyed as soon as you get your hands on them. But did you know that our cookies store and reheat well, too?

However, you receive your Half Baked Cookies – from our store locations, through catering, or delivered in the mail – you’ll have a great experience eating them as-is.

Reheat Instructions

For a warm, gooey cookie just pop them back in the oven at 350 degrees for about 5 to 8 minutes.

In the unlikely event that you have leftovers, simply store your cookies in an air-tight bag or container at room temperature. They’ll stay good for up to 6 days.

If you’re savoring slowly and want cookies on hand for more than 4 days, they should be frozen and reheated when you’re ready to eat them. From frozen, reheat in the oven at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

If your order is eligible for in-store pickup, you’ll be prompted to choose your pick-up date and location at checkout.

If for any reason you need to reschedule your pickup, please call the store location where you placed your order.

Mini Trays will not be held past the pick-up date chosen.

Shipping

We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. You must have your order placed by 9 am on Wednesday for it to be shipped that week, otherwise, it will be shipped the following Monday. This is to ensure your cookies are as fresh as possible when you receive them.

This is to make sure you receive the freshest cookies possible and prevent cookies from being stuck in transit over the weekend. For that reason, no exceptions will be made.

Delivery

Only large catering orders of $150 or more are available for local delivery with a $40 fee.
